Amy Brace, CISR
Amy is responsible for making sure our team of professionals is taking care of business and maintains the high standards of the agency. Amy primarily focuses on customer satisfaction for all lines of business. Her job is to retain our existing clients and making them raving fans of the agency.
Lead Commercial Account Manager
Mary Aragon, CISR
Mary brings a wealth of commercial experience, from both the agency and company sides of the business. Mary's job is to keep our Commercial Clients happy and to take care of your service needs, so you can focus on your business. Mary also is responsible for finding the best markets, premiums and coverage for our new commercial clients – she shops your renewal for the best price so you won't have to.
PC Account Manager
Margaret Anne Crowley
Margaret Anne is responsible for taking care of the needs of both our personal and commercial clients. She keeps a watchful eye on your policies. Just in case you forget to pay a bill, she will give you a friendly reminder from time to time. She will also assist with certificates, I.D. cards, changes, and shopping your renewal policies for the best rates.

Anthony Finn
Anthony does many things. He keeps our technology running so we continue to serve you in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, he will handle services, claims and billing issues with our benefits and health insurance product line.

Richard Putty
Rich works on developing new clients and bringing them into the agency. He will consult with prospects and clients to make sure they have the appropriate coverage and the best available premium. Rich has a wealth of knowledge and will take the time to make sure you understand your policies and coverage so there are no surprises at claim time.

Chip runs the Saginaw Satellite Location. He works with new and existing clients in the Tri-City area to make them raving fans of the agency. He consults with clients on their coverage needs
