Ok, I admit, I hate insurance. Not to offend the proud professionals that work in the industry, but I think of it as an annoying sideline red-tape distraction to my day-to-day operation of doing business.
My experience with insurance agents has been that of over-eager-new-best-friend, or else the other extreme where I have to beg for attention &service.
Well apparently the folks at TDA are a different breed.
I was driving by the office the other day and thought I might stop in and say hello. How odd! I have never been compelled to give an agent the time of day—nevermind think of one as a valued colleague.
In the past I have always been on-guard that I am constantly being sold on things that increase my premium or paperwork burden. But I know I can call TDA and ask questions, discuss things, and get straight answers to what is best for my company.
I am sure TDA is in business to make money. But they are focused on building relationships that benefit everybody, rather than trying to squeeze every penny out of his birds-in-hand. They have worked hard to keep the premiums down and keep the paperwork out of my way.
I trust TDA, I like TDA. In my 19 years of owning a company, that has never happened before. I strongly recommend TDA for any insurance needs you may have.
